Cooking all the way

Food Directory owners and cooking guides often keep giving tips. Lets have a look at some of these which i have yet to see in most places.

Storing food grains and raw materials is as important as cooking well. If the raw foodstuff is kept well it will cook well too. Spices should be stored in cool and a dark place where there is less humidity.

For low fat cooking and healthy cooking you must take care about the amount of water you are using. Cooking for less time is a good thing as it will help you retain all the Vitamin C in the food.

Lettuce used is also important. Iceberg contains less vitamins than the much more healthier option that is - Romaine Lettuce.
